    • 举证责任:销售人员。 他需要就为什么要购买特定的咖啡机提出令人信服的论点。
    • 推定责任:你。 除非提出令人信服的论点,否则你需要什么都不做或说什么。

    当推销员问你为什么不想购买特定的咖啡机时,他正试图将举证责任推给你。 现在,你应该给出 “充分而充分” 的理由,说明你不想要那台咖啡机。 而且,如果你没有给出足够合理的理由,那么除了购买那台设备之外别无其他。
