    Definição: Termos semelhantes

    Para adicionar e subtrair polinômios, combine termos semelhantes. Termos semelhantes têm as mesmas variáveis com os mesmos expoentes. Os coeficientes dos termos podem ser diferentes.

    Tenha cuidado ao subtrair, para distribuir a subtração (pense nisso como uma adição de\((−1)\) vezes o polinômio).
