    Résumé

    L'évolution rapide des technologies de l'information au cours des dernières décennies a apporté un large éventail de nouvelles capacités et de nouveaux pouvoirs aux gouvernements, aux organisations et aux individus. Ces nouvelles capacités ont nécessité une analyse approfondie et la création de nouvelles normes, réglementations et lois. Ce chapitre montre comment la propriété intellectuelle et la vie privée ont été affectées par ces nouvelles fonctionnalités et comment l'environnement réglementaire a été modifié pour y répondre.
