    Les bons penseurs critiques, ceux qui souhaitent une résolution constructive des conflits, doivent concentrer leur argumentation sur une affirmation claire et correctement formulée. Dans ce chapitre, nous nous sommes concentrés sur :

    • Une allégation est une déclaration impartiale, formulée à l'encontre du statu quo.
    • Il n'y a que deux côtés à cet argument. Vous êtes pour ou contre la réclamation.
    • Le côté de la demande que vous soutenez oriente les fardeaux ou les obligations que vous avez dans l'argumentation.
    • Si vous autorisez le changement de charge, vous pouvez facilement être manipulé.
